jil17 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and jil17 ("jil17," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the jil17 website at jil17.best and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino games, account management, and payment processing.

By accessing the jil17 platform in any form — whether through a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not access or use the jil17 platform.

jil17 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. 2. Eligibility

jil17 may request proof of age, identity, or address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension, withholding of funds, or permanent closure of the account.

3. Your jil17 Account

One account per person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one jil17 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If jil17 identifies multiple accounts associated with the same person, all accounts may be suspended and any balances within them may be voided pending investigation.

Registration information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your jil17 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested during registration. Using a false name, fictitious address, or someone else's identity is prohibited and may be treated as fraud.

Account verification

jil17 may require account verification before processing deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain features. Accounts that fail verification or provide fraudulent documents will be closed and any funds withheld may be subject to legal reporting.

Your jil17 account operates in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are processed in PHP. jil17 does not accept accounts in foreign currency, and players are responsible for any conversion fees applied by their bank or payment provider outside the jil17 platform.

4. Betting Rules

Placing bets

A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted and a bet ID is issued by the jil17 system. Bets that have not been confirmed — including those affected by technical errors, connection issues, or system maintenance — are not valid. Always verify your bet in the transaction history or bet slip before assuming it has been accepted.

Minimum and maximum stakes

jil17 sets minimum and maximum stake limits on all markets. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. jil17 reserves the right to apply individual account limits at its discretion, including reducing maximum stakes for specific markets or events without prior notice.

Odds and market changes

Odds offered by jil17 may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The price displayed in your bet slip at the moment of final submission is the binding price. If the odds change between when you select a selection and when you submit the bet, the bet slip will display the updated price before asking for confirmation.

Void bets

jil17 may void a bet where: an event is cancelled or postponed beyond a specified period; the market is settled in error; the odds were clearly published at an incorrect price due to a technical fault; or the bet is found to have been placed in violation of these Terms. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's jil17 account balance.

Disputes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact jil17 at support@jil17.best within seven days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. jil17's decision on bet settlement disputes, after review, is final.

5. Live Casino Rules

The jil17 Live Casino section offers real-time games conducted by live dealers, including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, Dragon Tiger, Casino Hold'em, and game shows. Use of the live casino is subject to the general Terms and the specific rules displayed within each game room.

Each live table has a posted minimum and maximum bet limit in PHP. It is your responsibility to confirm these limits before placing any stake. jil17 is not liable for bets placed that exceed your intended budget if the limits were clearly displayed prior to bet confirmation.

Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer — dealing cards, spinning the wheel, or releasing dice — in real time. These outcomes are final once the round is closed. Disconnection during a live round does not invalidate a bet that has already been accepted. Round results will be applied to your jil17 account regardless of whether you were connected when the round completed.

If a technical fault disrupts a live dealer round before it is completed, jil17 will apply its void bet policy to all bets placed in that round, and stakes will be returned to affected accounts.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments originating from an account that does not belong to you — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, jil17 may freeze the deposit amount, suspend the account, and return the funds to the source account where technically possible.

Deposits are credited to your jil17 account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method and may be near-instant for GCash and Maya, or take longer for bank transfers. jil17 does not control the processing speed of third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal conditions

Withdrawal requests must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as your jil17 account. jil17 reserves the right to request verification of the destination payment account before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are outlined on the Deposit and Withdrawal page. jil17 does not charge a withdrawal fee, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

jil17 may withhold a withdrawal where: the account has not completed verification; jil17 suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms; a chargeback or payment dispute is pending; or there are open bets that have not yet been settled.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jil17 username, password, and any security credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone else, including family members. Any activity conducted through your jil17 account — whether by you or by a third party who gains access through your credentials — is your responsibility.

If you believe your jil17 account has been accessed without your permission, contact support@jil17.best immediately. jil17 will investigate and may suspend account activity while doing so. jil17 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach resulted from your failure to secure your login credentials.

Sharing your jil17 account for use by another person is not permitted. jil17 may monitor account activity for patterns that suggest shared or syndicate use and may suspend or close accounts where such activity is identified.

8. Responsible Gaming

jil17 is committed to providing tools and information to support responsible use of the platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that online betting and casino gaming carry a risk of financial loss and that participation should be treated as entertainment within a predetermined personal budget.

jil17 will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to continue using the platform. Players who have self-excluded are responsible for not attempting to re-access the jil17 platform during the exclusion period.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of winnings, and legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one jil17 account.
• Placing bets using funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

Where jil17 is found liable, the maximum liability in any single claim is limited to the amount of the original stake that gave rise to the dispute, or the value of the relevant transaction, whichever is lower.

Closure by the player

Suspension or termination by jil17

jil17 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account and withhold funds where jil17 has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of your account creates a legal, financial, or reputational risk for jil17. Where possible, jil17 will provide notice before taking action. In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, jil17 may act without notice.
